Two Qigong systems will be taught: Taiji Qigong Shibashi and Shaolin Qigong.
Taiji Qigong Shibashi, in it’s authentic form, circulates the Qi trough the whole body, eliminating blockages.
World renowned, it combines harmonious slow Taiji (Tai Chi) movements, the therapeutic efficiency of Qigong, as well as meditation.
Practice the Shaolin Qigong postures to develop Qi.
In a serene state, feel the powerful energy currents circulating trough your body during these standing meditations.
Anatomy and Chinese Medicine theory will complete the program to demystify the mechanics of Qigong exercises.
