CÉLINA BRADY – KUNDALINI

Celina is a Kundalini, Hatha, and Meditation teacher, and Yoga teacher trainer with a joyful spirit and contagious laugh. She began yoga in 2002 and has been immersed in the practice and philosophy ever since! Celina loves the accepting space that is yoga. Relaxing into the body, the breath, and what’s present, while allowing, honouring and loving what’s there, as it is. This deep relaxation culminates in savasana, corpse pose, allowing all attachments, including the one to this temporary bodymind to die away, thereby allowing ourselves to be reborn- this process is Yoga, and it is happening moment by moment, breath by breath.Celina’s teaching journey began in 2008 and continues to be a deep and delightful source of nourishment and knowledge. She loves playfully combining music, mudras, mantras and meditative movement to narrate the experience of the Self. Constantly asking ‘who am I?’ ‘what do i want?’. Sharing the gifts of yoga is her utmost joy and privilege. She’s trained in Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapeutics and Dancing Yoga. Regardless of the form the underlying teaching is always the same: Relax, be who you are, and let that magnificence shine!

SARAH ARMSTRONG – PRENATAL

I am the lucky mommy of five children (aged between 2 and 12 years). One of the lessons motherhood has taught me (and it has taught me many!) is the importance of making the time to take care of yourself from conception, through pregnancy and beyond – and yoga has played an essential role in this. I am certified to teach hatha yoga (inspired by the Kripalu tradition) and pre-natal yoga, and am a birth doula (certified through Alternative Naissance) and have accompanied many women through their pregnancy and childbirth experiences. Looking forward to meeting you during this wonderful period of transformation and growth.

SHABADLIV (ALEXANDRU TRIFAN) – HATHA, KUNDALINI

Beginning with a promising, scientifically-oriented focus in school, many rationally unanswerable questions inclined Alex’s direction to focus on alternative systems of living and perceiving Reality. The Yoga literature made so much sense, that sporadic practice started turning into an art of living in 2007 at Equilibrium for Alex. The Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training ignited an unstoppable Self-Purification Fire, and The Classical Hatha Yoga Sivananda Teacher Training took him deeper into the Roots of the One System Of Yoga (One Tree, many branches). With a background as a musician, Alex found his own body to be the ultimate 72000 nadis-stringed musical instrument to master (tune, synchronize & play the Eternal Song of the Omnic Flower of Life and its infinitely diverse manifested forms). A favourite ancient Hatha Yoga Pradipika quote continues to resonate with him:

“Hatha Yoga would never be complete without Raja Yoga, and Raja Yoga without Hatha Yoga. One must practice the pair to perfection.”

SOPHIE LANZA

Sophie Lanza discovered Kundalini 3 years ago. This technology saved her life! A Certified teacher for 1 year, she brings her life and professional experiences to her teaching technique. Hope to see you there!

SOPHIE GIROUARD – HATHA (KRIPALU)

My first contact with yoga was in 1991 but the real crush happened in 1999, period of my life who began to appear a need for peace of body and soul. Since then, i nourrish myself at this inspiring source. First and for long, in my personal practice, and finally in a first teacher training in the traditon of Kripalu with Pierre Bélisle and Marie-Daphné Roy from Yoga Corps et Âme, a program in association with the Kripalu Center in Massachussets. Certified in 2012, i continue since the path of Kripalu in an advance teacher training build on four years of integration. Filled with this approach of “consciousness of a witness without judgement” and goodwill, Kripalu takes a very significant place in my practice. At the same, i deepen my learnings with other inspiring teachers from other approaches, especially with Hart Lazer since few years, and occasionaly with Ramanand Patel and Sarah Powers among others. Also specialized in prenatal yoga, i learned from Dr Bernadette DeGasquet and Janice Clarfield and teach since 2012 with pregnant women. Since may 2015, i started a very significant Restorative Yoga teacher training with Marie-Daphné Roy who’s gonna last in spring 2016. In the same way, i like to tint sometimes classes with restorative and yin Yoga. I like the possibilities of internalizing and space that permits those approaches. Pranayamas, meditation and learnings of Yoga Nidra also takes place in my experience. Today my practice and teaching never last to be more define with challenges of life and body and to be more clear in interests. But still the desire to transmit a yoga of listening and inclusion. Inclusion of our force but also our vulnerability. A desire to permit an honnest, deep and intimate connection with ourself.
Finally wishing to transmit a desire of a Yoga of the heart. Namaste
