Yoga is the union, the union of body and mind, the conscious balance of each breathing cycle. On this basis, a regular practice of yoga leads to a state of harmony in daily life.
The aim of each session I propose is to experience yoga in the body and in spirit. This takes the form of flexibility exercises and strength with respect to the body and balance exercises and concentration in terms of the mind. Of pranayama, ancient breathing techniques, will also be part of the session.
I also suggest you to realize this practice with the intention to detach yourself from negative emotions and mitigate the sometimes illusory thoughts that permeate our daily lives. You will get a clean interior light yoga and unsuspected benefits.
