Yoga is the union, the union of body and mind, the conscious balance of each breathing cycle. On this basis, a regular practice of yoga leads to a state of harmony in daily life.
The aim of each session I propose is to experience yoga in the body and in spirit. This takes the form of flexibility exercises and strength with respect to the body and balance exercises and concentration in terms of the mind. Of pranayama, ancient breathing techniques, will also be part of the session.
I also suggest you to realize this practice with the intention to detach yourself from negative emotions and mitigate the sometimes illusory thoughts that permeate our daily lives. You will get a clean interior light yoga and unsuspected benefits.

Meditation course on mental calmness

Each course includes first explanation of a subject of meditation on mental calmness according to Tibetan philosophy, followed by a period of silent meditation. This practice group can empower our meditation.

Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga

This course of 10 classes presents the principles and basic Ashtanga yoga postures, during which students are guided step by step, clearly.

This workshop is suitable for both beginners and perfect people who have already experienced another style of yoga.

Yoga Ashtanga Mysore style

Mysore Yoga classes are a unique opportunity to learn the traditional way yoga. Everyone does his own practice, with the personal support of the teacher.

This is the teaching method transmitted by Krishnamacharya and perpetuated by his disciple Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, hence the name given to this style of yoga. Students perform postures that correspond to their level following proper sequence. The level of difficulty of the postures is gradual and follows the progress of students.

Individual support of the teacher is the best way for a good start to properly learn the basics of yoga and a special attention is paid to beginners or those who do not know Ashtanga yoga to ensure that students perform safely. It is also an amazing way to start the day!

1.Tuesday night classes: Series of two hour classes in English at 19h30. Start in January 2017.
2. Thursday night classes: Series of two hour classes in French at 19h30.
3. Weekend workshops.

Here are some of the themes we will explore : several forms of meditation, amplification and channeling of personal energy, development of mindfulness, tantric sexuality, getting rid of inner blocks, lucid dreaming and astral travel, the chakras, the path of Kundalini, etc…

Classes are given by Stéphane Richer, founder of Summum and by a few other invited guests.
